Title: Help - Downloading on Allstars

I recently downloaded Metal Sonic and the Death Egg on Sonic and SEGA Allstars Racing X360. In the in-game Xbox LIVE Marketplace the item(s) now have a tick and the download is no longer in 'active downloads'. Ergo, it's finished downloading.
So where are they? Metal Sonic is not in the selectable characters and there is no level called the Death Egg for me to unleash my racing heart upon.
Help?
