Belated Spring Cleaning!

Alright, I'm doing a lot of behind the scenes work. Fixing what's broken, optimizing what I don't like (What? I have OCD, I have to make things optimized with code!), and overall cleanup of garbage files.

By garbage files, here's an example: While fixing some coding for one older comic, I found 3 versions menu systems from each time it or SVT updated, Zipped backups of the same files that were already there. Files I think were remnants of someone hosting roms on the site ages ago (A BIG NO NO!).

So after seeing that, I'm going through -every- folder to make sure garbage is gone. Naturally, I keep detailed backups, so there's no risk of me braking anything.. ... perminantly c.c

That said, be sure to post any bugs, bad links or just random weirdness you find!
